Elite Vale Men-at-Arms, unlike their predecessors (Veteran Vale Men-at-Arms), are mace and shield wielding infantry. They can be upgraded into Vale Serjeants.

Armor

They wear an Open Sallet, Leather Gloves, Leather Boots and a Heraldic Chain Mail Hauberk.

Head Armor: 30, Body Armor: 45, Leg Armor: 27

Arms

They are armed with a War Mace (Swing: 25b, Speed: 95, Reach: 62) with "Bonus against shields" and a Heraldic Oakwood Round Shield (HP: 200, Resistance: 15, Size: 100, Speed: 84).
