Qohor is situated in the east of the free cities, it starts of rather poor but can be directed into a rich state, it will commonly go to war with norvos and volantis early game.
its troops are a strong line of scythe-man or lancers (the lancers are rather poor and should be replaced in your army by volantine lancers) which can be upgraded into halberdier's or maceman--->guardsman, the guardsman are fully plated mace wielding archers and can spawn with round shields, it is recommended to go the guardsman path instead of halberds because it is the only ranged unit Qohor has and is very effective for prisoner gathering.
